Meet Pilates Instructor Cynthia LangMeet Pilates Instructor of 32 years, Cynthia Lang. Cynthia is certified to teach Pilates and fitness training. She received her certification from the Athlete Training Studio at the California University of PA. Before getting her training certification, Cynthia served in the US Navy Medical Corps.
Cynthia started her Pilates career in Harbor Springs, MI. Currently, she teaches classes almost every day in Ludington on Washington Ave. She offers private classes and group classes.
The Benefits of Practicing PilatesPracticed faithfully, Pilates will yield numerous benefits. For starters, strength and flexibility will increase, particularly in the abdomen and back muscles. Not only do the body muscles improve in strength, but so does mental focus. This is a key part of practicing Pilates effectively. Studio Hours, Class Times, & Pricing InformationCynthia Lang offers classes Monday-Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am-noon. Also, she offers a specialty Barre Pilates class on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
